Payment and Delivery
Ordering Policy
Once you have received a quote from us and are ready to place your order, we will send you an order form for your final approval. Upon acceptance, mail the order to us with a 50% deposit. Once we have received your deposit, we will place your order with the manufacturer. We will contact you via e-mail or phone within two weeks of placing an order to give you an estimated time of delivery.
The order process usually takes 6-14 weeks depending on the availability from the manufacturer. Once your order has shipped from the manufacturer, we will contact you for your final payment. Please remember we are not responsible for manufacturer's delays. Yes, your account is paid in full before your furniture arrives at your home.

Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your final payment and once all items are at our warehouse, we will release your furniture order for delivery. Our delivery service will call you 2-5 days prior to your delivery to setup a delivery appointment. Please note, when using an out of town delivery service we request that you allow for any delays associated with traffic delays and earlier scheduled deliveries.
We do our best to be accurate and punctual. Your delivery will be put on the first available truck arriving in your area depending on the routing schedule. Delivery takes 2-4 weeks for East Coast and 4-6 weeks for West Coast. Your delivery fee is included with your sales order.
Inspection of Furniture / Damaged Items
Upon receiving your furniture, you will be given ample time to inspect your order. If any item is damaged, you must refuse the damaged piece at the time of delivery. Only refuse the damaged item. Be sure to make note on your delivery receipt for any damaged items. Contact us immediately for further instructions. Our repair team is exceptional and can make items better than new. Generally, items are repaired and returned to you within 4-10 weeks. If parts are needed it may take a little longer. Please remember, it is more cost effective for the manufacturer to repair an item which can be taken apart and repaired than to replace it. Once your furniture is repaired you have first priority for delivery. Failure to report and refuse any damage upon delivery will result in repairs at the customer's expense or additional shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final without prior approval by North Carolina Furniture for Less. In the rare exception of an order taking over 14 weeks to ship to your home, you may be eligible for a refund. If we are able to cancel your order with the manufacturer before it ships out, we will refund your deposit. Customer may be responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
Important Notice: Any customer's using our discounted prices to disrupt their local retailer's pricing structure will not be permitted to purchase from us.
